Let the DMCVB help you assemble your family reunion in metro Detroit. The Bureau’s Tour and Travel Department can assist you with the following time-consuming details with a “one-stop-shop” approach to your event and best of all - the service is FREE.
Please note - your family reunion MUST be registered with the DMCVB one month prior to your reunion date to receive our services.
If you would like our assistance in planning your reunion simply complete the Family Reunion Planning Form and Family Reunion Request Forms below and fax them into the DMCVB. The Tour & Travel can assist you with the following services and activities: - Secure bids for hotel accommodations
- Suggest banquet facilities
- Help secure picnic site reservations
- Help arrange city tours and transportation
- Help secure special discounts at area attractions, restaurants and shopping venues
- Provide Visit Detroit magazines, welcome bags and other print materials
- Direct you to helpful contacts for:
