The DMCVB offers the following services:

Pre-conference Attendance Building
Depending on the size of your conference, our Services Department will send a staff person to the conference the year prior coming to our region to build attendance

Print material (plastic bags, brochures, etc.)
At no charge to you, we provide brochures, trinkets (depending on availability), and bags to distribute to build attendance for the Detroit conference

Periodic Email Blast
We will help you build attendance through the E-blast – simply provide us with your database and we’ll send information to your attendees about your conference and our region

Promotional CD
Our marketing department has developed promotional CD’s depicting our automotive, cultural, and ethic heritage – these are available to you and the various committees.

Image Library
The image library is available at no charge to our clients - You will find hundreds of images showcasing the metro Detroit region for your use to develop promotional literature to promote your conference. Your Bureau Services representative can grant you access to the image library on our website

Attraction Information
Our membership includes all major attractions – we can point you in the right direction if you want to schedule a group tour or host an event at one of Detroit’s finest attractions.

Public Relations/Press Kit/Local Media Contact
Our marketing department prides itself with a wealth of information to assist you. They will help you reach the right audience to market your conference – work with local media and in some cases, help you write a press release.

Postcards
Send a special message to your delegates on our postcards - these are available at no charge to you
