1. How do I obtain free items for my family reunion?

STEP #1
Your reunion must be registered with our office at least 8 weeks (2 months) prior to the date of your event.   At that time, complimentary items  are subject to availability.  Note:  We only guarantee items to those reunions that have registered 6-18 months prior to their event.

After your registration form is submitted, you’ll be contacted by email with the next step in the reunion process.




2. What free items do you provide to family reunions?

4. I faxed/emailed/mailed my contract and I have not received a response, what do I do next?

If we received your hotel contract, you would have received an email confirmation along with the product request form within 72 hours.  If you have not received the email confirmation, please email Nikki Donald at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Note:  We service over 400 reunions; therefore we are unable to call reunion planners to confirm receipt of their documents.  All confirmations are sent via email.




5. I’m already registered and I’ve submitted my hotel contract, how do I place my order for the complimentary items?

After we have received your hotel contract, you will receive an email confirmation along with a product request form.  You must complete the product request form and return it to our office at least six (6) weeks prior to your reunion.

6. I’ve submitted my product request form, when can I expect my items?

After you have submitted your product request form, we will send you a confirmation email and process your order 4-6 weeks before your reunion.  After the order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation in the mail as well as by email telling you when and where to pick up the items.  

Items cannot be shipped to you, neither can they be picked up from our office.  All items must be picked up from our warehouse.  The location and directions will be provided in the order confirmation.




7. I’ve registered my reunion, but I do not have a hotel contract.  Can I still receive the complimentary items?

We generally require a hotel contract because that indicates there will be out-of-town visitors coming to metro Detroit.   However, if you do not have a hotel contract, you must provide some documentation that indicates a family reunion event (i.e. banquet contract, picnic shelter reservation contract).




8. I’ve received my order confirmation to pick-up my items however, I’m unable to go to the warehouse on my scheduled day.  Can I reschedule my pick-up day?

If you are unable to pick-up the items on your scheduled pick-up day, we encourage you to find another family member who may be able to pick-up the items.  Anyone can pick-up the order however, they  MUST have the paperwork/order confirmation with them when they arrive at the warehouse.

9. Can someone else pick-up the items from the warehouse if their name is not on the order confirmation?

Yes, anyone can pick-up the order however, they  MUST have the paperwork/order confirmation with them when they arrive at the warehouse.  Without the order confirmation, they will not be able to pick up the order.




10. I missed my scheduled pick-up day, what do I do now?
